How We Work
Pragmatic Personal Strategic
Legal advice should enable business, not slow it down. At Proust Legal, every assignment begins with a simple objective: understanding your business before advising on the law. Taking the time to understand your products, services, commercial objectives and risk appetite allows legal advice to be practical, proportionate and aligned with the realities of your organisation.
There are no one-size-fits-all solutions. Every matter receives personal attention and every recommendation is tailored to the client’s specific circumstances. Proust Legal acts as a trusted strategic advisor, helping organisations navigate regulatory complexity while supporting innovation, digital transformation and business growth.
Clients value clear communication, practical solutions and advice that is both legally robust and commercially sound. Proust Legal combines legal excellence with strategic judgment to help organisations make confident business decisions in a complex regulatory environment.
Transparent Pricing
Legal fees should be as predictable as the advice itself. Proust Legal offers flexible fee arrangements designed to provide transparency and align with each client’s needs.
Fixed-Fee Projects
Wherever possible, project-based work is undertaken on a fixed-fee basis, allowing clients to define budgets with confidence and avoid unexpected costs.
Monthly Retainers
For clients requiring ongoing support, the firm offers monthly retainer arrangements that provide continuous access to legal advice and strategic guidance.
Hourly Billing
In certain situations—particularly urgent regulatory matters, investigations or incident response—billing on an hourly basis may be the most appropriate model.
In every case, fees are discussed openly at the outset so that clients have complete clarity on the scope of work and expected costs.
